Home Shield Pro Cancellation Policy
At Home Shield Pro, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality service. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. By booking services with Home Shield Pro, clients agree to these terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.
1. Notice Period
31-Day Notice Requirement: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 31 days prior to their scheduled service. This notice must be given directly to our service technician at the time of their appointment. Any cancellation requests received after this period will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds: Once a service is booked, no refunds will be issued, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. This policy ensures that our scheduling and resource management remains consistent and efficient.
3. Rescheduling Policy
7-Day Notice for Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment if they provide a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled service date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance will not be honored, and the client will be charged in full.
4. No-Show Policy
Full Charge for No-Shows: If a client does not show up for their scheduled service without prior notice, the full amount for the service will be charged. No refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for no-shows.
5. Weather Rescheduling
Home Shield Pro’s Right to Reschedule: In the event of severe weather or conditions that prevent our team from performing the service, Home Shield Pro reserves the right to reschedule the appointment. In these cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and work to find a suitable alternative date.
6. Method of Cancellation
Written Notice to Service Technician: All cancellations must be submitted in writing directly to our service technician during their appointment. Verbal or electronic cancellations will not be accepted.
